~ guidelines for yoga practice if you are coming to a class~

•Please arrive a few minutes early to the studio to get yourself situated
•Please avoid wearing perfume ~ some people have allergies
•Please turn off cell phones
•Sign-in at the front desk before entering studio
•If you arrive late ~ please come in quietly
•PLEASE No talking during class, yoga is an inner journey and peaceful practice
•Wear comfortable clothing
•Practice mindfulness, compassion, kindness, and patience
•Neatly return blankets, blocks & straps
•Please advise me of any medical conditions
•BREATHE and enjoy yourself
