Diane Kovanda, M. Ed., provides consulting to individuals to effectively reduce stress. As a holistic health educator, she has provided natural healing therapies and stress management on Cape Cod since 1985. Diane has an extensive background in body/mind approaches to wellness including training in mind/body medicine with Herbert Benson, MD at Harvard Medical School, and certification in teaching Kripalu Yoga.  She is also trained in mindfulness meditation, and guided imagery.    Diane assists clients in accessing their inner wisdom to achieve personal goals and optimum health. She has a deep respect for each person’s healing journey and life story.

Workshops in Laughing Yoga with Diane

Laughter is good medicine.
Yoga is good for the body, mind and soul: combine the two  and joyful healing occurs. The unique concept of Laughter Yoga is the brain child of Dr. Madan Kataria, a physician from Mumbai, India. Laughter exercises and yoga breathing are combined to lift your spirits. Health benefits include reducing stress and boosting your immune system.
