Kind Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance registered school, providing 200 hours of professional yoga teacher training. Kind Yoga teacher training will give students the experience needed to teach well-balanced classes and private yoga sessions. As well as preparing students to teach beginner and moderate yoga classes, Kind Yoga teacher training also will help them create yoga programs that are applicable in therapeutic situations – such as yoga for anxiety, insomnia, headaches, back problems, etc.
The teacher training will include lectures on yogic principles and philosophy. We have excellent speakers and teachers who will come and share their respective specialties:

All of Diane's classes are gentle or moderate hatha yoga, based in the Kripalu tradition, with a sense of flow, focus on classic yoga poses, breath, and mindfulness. We will work with yoga asanas which create
strength, flexibility and focus.
We will not be practicing power yoga or headstands,
the temperature in studio is moderate.
